How to make Buffalo Chicken Wings

There are hot wings, then there is the meat of the buffalo wings. This valuable bird's wing is not coated with flour. But the Buffalo wings are very tasty, bare fried and then served with hot sauce, butter and vinegar. that's what makes this wing better than the other ways
If you like your super spicy wings, just add spicy sauce. But for those who like not spicy wings, reduce the level of spicy sauce used
Ingredients
1 liter of vegetable oil to fry chicken wings
24 pieces of chicken wings
4 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of distilled white vinegar
5 tablespoons of chili sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Heat oil in deep fryer or a large skillet at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Fry the chicken wings in oil for about 10 minutes. Then lift the chicken from the frying pan and drain the oil.
2. Melt the butter in a large skillet.
Add vinegar and chili sauce to butter. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked chicken to the sauce and stir over low heat. The longer the wings boil in the sauce, the more hot and spicy. Serve when warm.
